I worked with Tyler at the Winstar Hotel. We have “poker chips” that we give to employees who do an exceptional job. He was ALWAYS going above and beyond to help the guests. He cared for every guest who came to him as if they were a dear friend he’d known forever. It was an incredible and endearing character trait to see in someone so young.
I’ve been working at the hotel for 4 years and Tyler is the ONLY person I’ve ever given a poker chip to.
