November 15, 1977 –  March 14, 2010  WHITESBORO- Mass of Christian Burial for Sean Edward Galewaler, 32, will be held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday, March 18, 2010 at St. Frances of Assisi Catholic Church in Whitesboro with Rev. Jeremy B. Myers officiating. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Whitesboro. Services are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro. Rosary and visitation will be held at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at the funeral home.
Sean passed away on Sunday, March 14, 2010 at the Homestead of Collinsville.

Sean was born on November 15, 1977 in Denton, Texas to Dr. John and Susan (Terry) Galewaler. He was a 1996 graduate of Whitesboro High School, where he served as Senior Class President, Basketball Beau in 1996, Powder Puff Queen and Prom King in 1996. He attended Grayson County College prior to his accident in 1997. Sean was a ladies man and a friend to all. He loved life, nature, music, his friends and family.

Survivors include his mother, Susan Galewaler of Whitesboro; father, Dr. John Galewaler of Whitesboro; 2 brothers, Jeff Galewaler and wife Jeanene of Whitesboro and Ian Galewaler of Dallas; 3 sisters, Rose Montgomery and husband Len of Whitesboro, Cammie Meador of Whitesboro and Susie Galewaler and fiancée Gary Garland of Whitesboro; maternal grandfather, Jack Terry of Independence, Missouri; uncle, Philip Terry of Independence, Missouri; nieces and nephews, Ryder, Karli, Bailey, Laythe, and Kammarie; and godparents, Bill and Bobbie Schares.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Susan Terry and paternal grandparents, Edward and Camilla Galewaler.

Pallbearers are: Damon Schares, Brandon Helms, Charlie Lively, Michael Lively, Clint Perkins and John Escamilla.
