Sallie Elizabeth Agee, passed away on April 23, 2019, at Medical City – Denton. Ms. Agee was born on August 1, 1935, in Scott County, Arkansas, to William O. Hunt and Ezell Taylor Hunt. She graduated from Gainesville High School in 1954. She worked for Gainesville Butane for 13 years, Robert McElreath for 18 years and retired from EMC Insurance in Richardson, Texas, after which she returned to Gainesville. She is survived by her son, Jeff Mozingo and wife Jacci of Lewisville, Texas; brother, Bill Hunt and wife Grace of Prosper, Texas; sister, Helen Beasley and husband Robert of Dallas, Texas; sister, Willa Crawford of Boston, Massachusetts; sister-in-law, Linda Douglas of Irving, Texas; sister-in-law Pat Hunt of Orville, California. Two grandsons, one granddaughter and four great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Sheila Perriman.
Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday, April 26, 2019, at Meador Funeral Home in Gainesville. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, April 27, 2019, at Custer City Baptist Church, Callisburg, Texas. Bro. Randy Webb will be officiating. Burial will be at the New Rest Haven Cemetery, Gainesville, Texas.
Pallbearers are Ryan Mozingo, Michael Mozingo, Ricky Ramsey, Brent Hollandsworth, Lewis Moore and C.L. King.
