Rosalie was born on March 9, 1944 in Perryville, Maryland to Wallace and Esther Reynolds. She married Jim Jenkins on March 28, 1981 in Colton, California.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Jenkins, of Gordonville, TX; son, James Ward, of Gordonville, TX; step-daughter, Cindy Wellock, of California; five grandchildren; two sisters: Janet Bidwell and Betty Baker; and one brother, Wallace Reynolds.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace and Esther Reynolds.
