April 17, 1957 –  April 7, 2018  Pottsboro – Memorial services for Paula Ruth Stuckey, 60, of Pottsboro, Texas will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Meador Funeral Home Whitesboro, officiated by Ricky Patterson. No formal visitation is being held at this time.Paula passed into the arms of her Lord on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at her home in Pottsboro.
She was born in Gainesville, Texas on April 17, 1957 to Paul and Mary Ruth (Cannon) Underwood. She graduated from high school and went on to get her bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She worked for years as a nurse while raising her children. Paula enjoyed hunting and fishing with friends and family and the love of her “fur baby” Abby. She loved her children and family dearly, Paula was of the Baptist faith.
Paula is survived by her son, Billy Stuckey and wife, Detra of Southmayd, son, David Stuckey of Tioga, sister, Wilma Farrington and husband, Kenneth of Gainesville, brother, Gary Underwood and wife, Linda of Weatherford, and brother, Bill Fulmer and wife, Marilyn of Whitesboro, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Mary Underwood and by daughter, Rebecca Stuckey.
