Monte Gayle Faubion 83, of Gainesville, Texas passed away on February 10, 2023.  She was born on July 18, 1938 in Gainesville to Eluro Faubion and Aline Flowers.  Monte worked as a Librarian.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Monte treasured her friendships with the staff at Pecan Tree and they became her family.  If you were in her circle you became a confidant and trusted ally.  She enjoyed simple pleasures, strawberry milkshakes, Reese’s peanut butter cups, diet Cokes and anything purple!

She was always sweet when being talked to and loved her ice cream and dogs very much.

Monte was such a sweet soul! We greatly enjoyed the time we got to spend with her over the years as we all became her family!
