March 9, 1923 –  April 28, 2007  WHITESBORO â?? Graveside Services for Massie Dillard Booles, 84, will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at Oakwood Cemetery in Whitesboro with Rev. Aurther Green officiating. Services are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home of Whitesboro. Visitation will be from 6 to 7 P.M. Monday, April 30, 2007 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Booles passed away Saturday, April 28, 2007 at Denison Manor in Denison, Texas.

Massie was born on March 9, 1923 in Whitesboro, Texas to William â??Billâ? and Elizabeth (McAllister) Mayo. She was a member of Eastside Church of Christ in Whitesboro. She worked as a seamstress at Pool Manufacturing in Sherman for over 20 years, and retired from Action Line in Sherman in 1990.

She is survived by a daughter, Lola Bell and husband Jack of Denison; a son, Paul Dillard and wife Donna of Lake Kiowa; a brother, Bobby Mayo and wife Mona of Ft. Worth and two sisters, Viola Robinson and husband Tim of Whitesboro and Lavonna Carr and husband Clarence of Gainesville; five grandchildren, Larry Bell, Evelyn Thorpe, Sherri Willis, William Dillard and Jonathon Dillard; four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild;

She was preceded in death by two brothers, E. E. â??Sonnyâ? Mayo and Chester Mayo, and a sister, Margaret Mayo.
