June 26, 1961 –  February 20, 2018  Collinsville – Kevin D. Trahan, 56, of Collinsville, Texas passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at his residence. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home of Whitesboro. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date in Louisiana.He was born June 26, 1961 in Kaplan, Louisiana to Edward and Aimee Gleanor (Landry) Trahan.
Kevin is survived by his mother, Aimee Gleanor Trahan of Kaplan, LA, brother, Edward Trahan, sister, Dana Saltzman, sister, Lisa Bertrand, daughter, Holly Richard, daughter, Tara Abshire, Daughter Blythe Trahan, son, Jasper Trahan, son, Quentin LaPointe, step-daughter Hannah Roberts, six grandchildren, one great-grandchild and 1 step-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Trahan, his maternal grandparents, John and Hazel Landry and paternal grandparents, Otis and Melba Trahan.
