November 26, 1951 –  February 15, 2005  Services for John Stephen Vannoy, age 53 of Collinsville will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 18, 2005 at the Meador Funeral Home Chapel with Ricky Patterson officiating assisted by Rev. Jerry Davis and Olden Cook. Interment will follow at the Collinsville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
Mr. Vannoy died Tuesday, February 15, 2005 at Wilson N. Jones Medical Center in Sherman.

He was born November 26, 1951 to Johnny Graham and Mary Frances (Bell) Vannoy in Sherman, TX.

He was a lifetime resident of Collinsville and of the Church of Christ faith. Steve worked for Peterbilt as a Quality Inspector for 25 years.

Mr. Vannoy is survived by Sons: Bruce Vannoy and wife Amber of Collinsville, Barry Vannoy and wife Rachel of Collinsville and Stephen Brent Vannoy of Collinsville; Parents: Johnny and Mary (Bell) Vannoy of Collinsville; Brother, Troy Vannoy and wife Tracy of Collinsville; 3 Grandchildren: Madison Vannoy, Abby Vannoy and Makayla Vannoy all of Collinsville; 2 nephews and 1 niece.

Pallbearers are: Shannon Walker, Curtis Fails, Steve Vannoy, Marshall Carney, Terry Cox, Keith Welch and Tony Russell.

Honorary Pallbearers: Randy Woody, Dennis Matlock, Terry Davis and Mike Cox.
