We will miss Jerry’s wit. His sister, Barbara, and I enjoyed stopping by for visits when we were volunteering with the US Arny Corps of Engineers. We also enjoyed the Hickman family lunches at Babe’s & Joe T. Garcia’s.
We pray that all of his family will be comforted in this time of transition.

My condolences to the Hickman family. Jerry was a fine man.
Thank you brother, he always appreciated the times you worked on his Mule.❤️
A life well lived, Jerry. It was my joy to share a small part through your wonderful sister, Barbara and the best neighbor I’ve ever had, your mother, Velma. Loved them both! To your family – I pray for God’s peace and comfort.
My heart is sad because of the loss of another dear friend. Wayne and I both had such good memories of times spent with Jerry and Cheryl, especially during the football games when all of you were just little sprouts. The memories are such treasures now and will help us keep them close in our hearts forever. I know your sadness is so great and overwhelming now. My prayers for all of you is strength and courage for these tough days and enough love to surround you with comfort. I love all of you so much!!
My condolences Vaunda. I just learned of Jerry’s death. I am devastated. He was one of best buds. There was 6 of us who were very close in high school. We were joined at the hip. “Worm” was like a brother. Had many hours together doing different things..sports, campouts, hunting, fishing. Now there are only 2 of us. May God be with you.
