January 19, 1934 – May 4, 2008 SADLER รข?? Funeral Services for James Clayton Riley, 74, will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 8, 2008 at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro with Rev. Jerry Henry officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Whitesboro. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
James passed away Sunday, May 4, 2008 at his residence.
He was born on January 19, 1934 in Fedville, Tennessee to James Donald and Cara Lee (Metcalf) Riley. James had a strong Christian faith, had a wonderful personality and was a wonderful husband and father.
Survivors include a son, James Marshal Riley of Sadler, a daughter, Sandra Gail Ault and husband Frank of Joliet, Illinois, four grandchildren, Scott and Janessa Durkiewicz and Ashley and Megan Riley, a great-grandson, Anthony Blake Turley, four brothers, Tim, Grady, Edwin and Larry Riley, and a sister, Alice Miles.
He was preceded in death by wife, Lettie Gaynell (West) Riley, his parents, James Donald and Cara Lee Riley, and two brothers, Bobby Lee and Billy Riley.
Pallbearers will be James Marshal Riley, Frank Ault, Larry Riley, Scott Durkiewicz, William Miles and Jake Colbert.
