January 29, 1928 –  March 31, 2013  Funeral Services for Gainesville resident, Helen Mosman, 85, will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Meador-Clement-Keel Chapel with Rev. Arthur Green, Pastor of Church of Jesus Christ officiating. Grandchildren Craig Mosman, Randy Jones, Jr., Albert Lopez, Jimmy Keen and Martin Cuevas will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Mosman passed away Sunday, March 31, 2013 at Pecan Tree Health and Rehab Center in Gainesville.
Helen was born January 29, 1928 in Drumright, Oklahoma to William and Fannie (Cook) Gilmore. She married Nicholas Mosman, Jr. on June 27, 1950. She had been employed by Northern Pump Company as a secretary, worked in sales for Wal-Mart and as manager of the Gainesville Bowling Alley for many years. Helen had also worked as a proof reader for the Gainesville Daily Register. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved to bowl and go to the Stanford House to play bingo.

Those surviving Helen Mosman include, son, Nicholas Mosman III and wife, Nancy of Gainesville; daughter, Cheryl Jones and husband, Randy of Gainesville; grandchildren, Craig Mosman and wife, Kim of Victoria, Texas; Ashley Lopez and husband Albert of Coppell, Randy Jones, Jr., and fiancé Ashley Webb of Gainesville, Lori Jones and fiancé Jimmy Keen of Ardmore, Oklahoma and Robin Cuevas and husband Martin of Gainesville, three great-grandchildren and long-time companion, Alvin Odell of Gainesville. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and sister, Billie Hall.
