Gary Eugene Mozingo, 72, of Gainesville, TX passed away on December 12th, 2022, at the Pecan Tree Health and Rehab. Memorial services are pending at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Gainesville.
Gary was born on November 15th, 1950, to Gilbert and Louise Mozingo in Gainesville, TX. He was drafted in the Army while he was a senior in high school to go serve in Germany. Gary worked for National Supply for many years. In Gary’s younger years he enjoyed working on funny cars for the drag races. Gary loved to drink Coca-Cola and loved working with horses and being on a ranch. He was happily married to his wife Christine for over 30 years until her passing in 2020. Gary loved his daughter Megan and grandson Case and enjoyed spending time with them.
He is survived by his daughter Megan Campo and husband, Wesley of Lake Kiowa; grandson Case Campo; sisters Carolyn Baldwin and Sonjia Hutchinson and brother Mark Mozingo.
Gary is preceded in death by his parents, wife Christine Mozingo.
