WHITESBORO ? Graveside services for Ella Cavin Reed, 101, will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at the Collinsville Cemetery with Rev. Rick Carney officiating. All services are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro, Texas. Visitation services will be held Wednesday, prior to the graveside service, at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

She passed away Saturday, February 1, 2014, in Whitesboro, Texas.

Ella was born on April 25, 1912 in Cooke County, Texas to John William and Myrtle (Harkey) Click. She was married to Lewis Carroll Cavin until his passing on August 25, 1950. She later married Raymond Reed in 1964. She was an employee of the Linda Jo Shoe Factory in Gainesville, Texas. She was of the Church of Christ faith. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, and crocheting. She was also a good cook.

She is survived by her sons: Joseph Cavin, of Whitesboro; Lewis Cavin, of Whitesboro; brothers: Claude Maurice Click, of Lufkin; Billy Norman Click, of Bellville; sister: Wanda Stowe, of Sadler; 7 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Myrtle Click; her husband, Lewis Cavin; her husband, Raymond Reed; her daughter, Carylon Cunningham; and her siblings: Sally Lenora Wallace, Joseph Henry Click; Marion William Click; T. J. Click, and Doris Louise Arnett.
