Love and miss you .
Our sweet Kay,
I have so many great memories of you that it’s hard to pick just one. I’ve chosen the “first” memory of her: when she married my uncle Kenny. I was not sure about this at first, because I did not know her. How would I know that she was the right person for him? Because of this, I told her that she was not his only girlfriend. I was only 10 years old at the time, and this made sense to me. Kay, being the amazing person that she is, giggled and made a friend out of my instantly. She had the best laugh.
It was a very exciting time in our family, and we were all looking forward to their wedding. We all wore new dresses and Kay invited all the nieces to be a part of the reception. My sister played “Here Comes the Bride” on the organ, and they stood in front of the beautiful mantle at my grandparents’ home as they became husband & wife. It has always been my favorite wedding. From that day on, it was Kenny and Kay ❤️
Very fond memories of Kay. As Sherri mentions her laugh was infectious. She was an extremely warm person and I always looked forward to seeing her at holiday gatherings. Thoughts and prayers with Kenny, Richie, Randy, and Scottie. Take care of one another.
I know your mansion has a garden Full of cardinals and red flowers. Miss you my friend.
Our heartfelt condolences Jack and Family. Praying for peace and comfort during this difficult time. Kay loved the Lord, her family and grandkids. Kay was a beautiful and great friend to me. Rest in peace my sweet friend.🕊️
