Carolyn Kay Pinkston, 65, of Sherman, Texas was called to her eternal home on January 26, 2021.
Carolyn was born on January 6, 1956 in Henrietta, Texas to Houston and Mildred (Tucker) Turner. She worked as a CNA for many years in Whitesboro, Texas. Carolyn loved to spend time with her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. She enjoyed playing on her laptop and playing bingo.
She is survived by her son, Joshua Clark and wife, Michell Clark of Sherman; daughter, Tiara Steen of Sherman; daughter, Lisa Shoemaker and husband, Patrick of Wichita Falls; sister, Carlie Hartley of Rodgers, AR.; brother Jerry Turner of Wichita Falls; niece, Shelby Renee Reid, nephews, Lee Shelton and Aaron Lee Shelton of Rodgers, AR.; grandchildren, Tiffany Turner and husband, Tyler of Sherman; Kayla and Christopher Clark of Sherman; Jasmine Clark of Wichita Falls; Zoey Crawford of Wichita Falls; Taylor Cartwright of Sherman; Nova Lee Shoemaker of Wichita Falls, Haven Shoemaker of Wichita Falls; great-grandchildren; Dillan Franklin Jr., Aaiden Clark and Karter Clark all of Sherman; as well as many step-children, nieces, nephews and friends she loved and cherished. An estranged sister of Wichita Falls.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Houston and Mildred Turner, sister, Doris Harvey and her niece and nephew, Ruby and Johnny Harvey.
A memorial graveside service honoring Carolyn will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 12, 2021 at Dixie Cemetery in Whitesboro, Texas, officiated by Bro. Don Russell.

I had the privilege of meeting her and her beautiful daughter Tiara they are very sweet people Carolyn loved to read the Bible and she loved to learn about God and his purpose… she is now in his memory John 5:28,29❤️
