Brenda Helen Sparkman, 76 of Valley View, Texas passed away on November 3, 2023, at her home. She was born on June 4, 1947, in Seminole, Oklahoma to Lamar Kizzar and Margaret Bond. Brenda married Tim Sparkman in Valley View, Texas on July 1, 1966. Brenda was a member of Cross Timbers Church, liked card games, watching birds, deer hunting, cooking out at camp outs and spending time with her family. She had a career as an Accountant for the Valley View, ISD.
Brenda is survived by her husband, Tim Sparkman of Valley View, Texas; son, Steve Sparkman and wife, Tracie; son, Todd Sparkman and wife, Mary; grandchildren, Jeremy, Colten, Justin, Jason, Raylee, Wesley and William; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Larry Kizzar and wife, Dana.
She was preceded in death by father, mother and stepfather Leroy Bond and sister, Rita.
A visitation will be held Monday, November 6, 2023, from 6:00pm-8:00 pm at Meador Funeral Home, 1204 E. California Street, Gainesville, Texas. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at 10:00 am also at Meador Funeral Home. Interment to follow at New Hope Cemetery, Mt. Springs, Texas.

Tim, I’m so sorry to hear about your loss of Brenda. It’s been a long time but i remember both of ya’ll from high school and playing sports with you. She will be missed.
