Tioga – Zoe Ann Brewer, 79, of Tioga passed away Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Whitesboro Health and Rehab in Whitesboro. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home of Whitesboro. The family will host a memorial service at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at First Baptist Church of Tioga, with the Rev. Randal Scott Wall officiating.She was born on September 6, 1938 in Dallas, Texas to Jeff and Emma Mae (Cates) Smith. After graduation she went on to become a corporate accountant for Drug Emporium and Carrier Air-Conditioning. She married Jack Brewer in Dallas, Texas on May 5, 1979. She was a devout Christian of the Baptist faith. Zoe loved to cook and was one of the co-writers of the cookbook “The Texas Experience”.

She is survived by her husband, Jack Brewer of Tioga, son, John Warren of Tioga, daughter, Zoe Danielle Hilliard, three grandsons, Johnny Rex Warren III, Patrick Thomas Warren, Ty Harrison Hilliard, and granddaughter, Zoe McKenna Hilliard.

Zoe was preceded in death by her parents, Jeff and Emma Smith.
