March 18, 1921 –  April 28, 2014  MARGARET HELEN QUATTLEBAUMCOLLINSVILLE – Graveside services for Margaret Helen Quattlebaum, 93, will be held Thursday, May 1, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at the Collinsville Cemetery in Collinsville, Texas with Rev. John Lippert officiating. Service arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro, Texas. There will be no visitation services.
She passed away on Monday, April 28, 2014, in Collinsville, Texas at the Homestead of Collinsville Nursing Home.
She was born on March 18, 1921 to Oscar and Stella (Hunt) Quattlebaum in Ethel, Texas. She was a graduate of Collinsville High School. She retired from Sherman Radiology after 45 years of employment. She was the last member of the Ethel Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews: Verna and Rick Baze of Collinsville; Carolyn Q. Phillips of Mineral Wells; Joyce and Tracy Hightower of Ft. Worth; Helen and Walter Larson of Schertz; James and Pat Quattlebaum of Cleburne; Gerald and Wanda Mitchell of Neosha, MO; Roger and Mary Forester of Clovis, NM; and Bill and Nancy Mitchell of Clovis, NM.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Stella Quattlebaum; brothers: O.M. Quattlebaum and Bonnie Quattlebaum; and her sisters: Aumatine Forester and Roberta Mitchell.
