Georgia Mae Waters, 77, of Collinsville, Texas was called to her eternal home on Thursday, January 30, 2020.
Georgia was born on August 18, 1942 in Waco, Texas. She worked in Collinsville at the convenience store for the last 15 years. Georgia loved being in her yard, her green thumb made her yard and flowers look amazing.
She is survived by her daughter, Cyndie Baker and husband, Richard of Collinsville; son, Bobby Riddle of Hempstead; grandchildren, Rachel and Barry Vannoy, Brian and Mary Vyvjala, Wilson and Chelsea McCrary, seven great-grandchildren, Madison, Abby, Tessa, Trevin, Lane, Trigger, and Davis; brothers, Don Waters and Jimmy Waters.
Georgia was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Ron Waters.
Graveside services honoring Georgia will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 3, 2020 at Collinsville Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Rick Carney. Graveside services are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home of Whitesboro.
To the family, my heartfelt condolences for your loss. Please find comfort in the knowledge that God promises to end all suffering. Before long, God will wipe out every tear from our eyes, and “death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things (will) have passed away.”(Rev. 21:1-5).
