November 20, 1973 – July 13, 2006 Sherman รข?? Funeral Services for David Abrego, Jr., 32 will be 10 A.M. Saturday, July 15, 2006 at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro with Rev. David Petrash officiating. Interment will follow in Collinsville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 P.M. Friday, July 14, 2006 at the funeral home.
David passed away in the loving arms of our Heavenly Father on Thursday, July 13, 2006 at his residence after after battling a lengthy illness. He was a courageous soldier to the end.
David was a very loving, giving and nurturing person. He cared for everyone that crossed his path. He will always be remembered for his perfect smile and blue eyes.
He was born November 20, 1973 in Childress, Texas to David, Sr. and Rosie (Hernandez) Abrego.
Survivors include his parents, David, Sr. and Rosie Abrego of Collinsville; a brother, Donny Abrego of Corpus Christi; four sisters, Diana Storey of Whitesboro, Frances Abrego of Collinsville, Sandra Phelps of Whitesboro and Felisha Abrego of Collinsville; and a grandmother, Dominga Hernandez of Childress.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Patrick Abrego and grandparents, Celestino and Rosie Abrego.
