July 21, 1933 –  September 27, 2014  Celebration of Life Services for Betty Jean Grant, 81, of Mountain Springs, Texas will be held Saturday, October 4, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at New Life Bible Church, 3901 E. Broadway, Gainesville, Texas with Rev. Andy Anderson officiating. She died Sunday, September 27, 2014 at Plano Presbyterian Hospital, Plano, Texas.She was born July 21, 1933 to Alfred and Irene (Anderson) Peterson in Coronado, California. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother and was loved very much.
She is survived by two sons; Kevin and wife, Carol Grant of Mountain Springs, Texas; David Grant of Gainesville, Texas and two daughters; Yolanda Allen of Middlebrook, Florida and Victoria Grant of Gainesville, Texas; 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Irene Peterson, husband, Marvin R. Grant and one son, Marvin Grant, Jr.
