Valorie Montoya, 53, of Whitesboro, Texas, formerly of Colorado, was called to her heavenly home on Sunday, August 11, 2024.

Valorie was born on November 4, 1970 in Monte Vista, Colorado to Benjamin and Viola (Martinez) Villalpando.  She married Jamie Montoya on August 12, 2023 in Monte Vista, Co.  She attended church at St. Francis of Assisi in Whitesboro.  Valorie was a wonderful cook and loved making meals for her family.  She enjoyed working in her yard planting flowers and pulling weeds.  Her pride was in making a home for her family that they all could be proud of.  Valorie loved spoiling her children and grandchildren, she started shopping and preparing for Christmas in March of each year so that she could go all out on the spoiling of her family.  Her greatest treasures in life were her savior, Jesus Christ, and her beautiful family that she was so proud of.

She is survived by her husband, Jamie, daughters, Angelic, Crystal, Mitchiko, Vanessa, and Felicia, bonus children, Aricela, Lorenzo, I’Yanna, and Estavan, her parents, Benjamin and Viols Villalpando, her great-grandmother, and fourteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild, as well as numerous friends and other family members.
