The Shwadlenak family would like to announce the passing of their daughter, Sharon Sue Browning, 67 of Gainesville, Texas. Sharon was born on March 16, 1955, in Gainesville, Texas and passed August 31, 2022, at a residential care home in Denton, TX from medical issue stemming from strokes. She loved painting, working in her yard, writing and spending time with her grandkids. She was of Baptist faith and attended Calvary Baptist Church.
Sharon was preceded in death by her Grandparents, Frank Shwadlenak & Belle Shwadlenak Blanks, D.E. & Lydia Reedy, Father, Frank “Junior” Shwadlenak, Sister and Brother-in-law Patti and Johnny Hunt.
Survivors include her husband, Richard L. Browning; mother, Pearl Shwadlenak; daughter, Jennifer Blythe and husband, Dakota; two beautiful granddaughters, Olivia Pope and Amelia Blythe; sister, Jan Wall and husband, Brent; niece, Breann Decker and boyfriend, Mike Logan all from Gainesville; nephew, Johnny W. Hunt and wife, Katie from Maryland as well as four stepchildren and multiple bonus grandkids.
Celebration of Life will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, 900 S. Wine Street, Gainesville, TX at 1:00 pm, Saturday, September 10, 2022. Family visitation begins at 12:00 pm. Celebration will be officiated by Scott Arant.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home of Gainesville.
So sorry to miss the memorial service. Love you Jan will miss Sharon.
We are deeply saddened for the loss of your beloved Sharon. We hope and pray for comfort and peace for each of you as you grieve. Sharon may be gone from your sight but not from your heart, because she has touched each of your lives. May your sorrow and pain change as you remember all of the beautiful memories of times past and allow you to heal your hearts.

So sorry to hear of Sharon passing. I worked with Patti and Got to know Sharon. Sharon was a very sweet an likable person.
I’m saddened to hear of Sharon’s passing. We were friends in high school but regretfully did not keep in touch after that. I do remember her as being a funny and happy friend. My condolences to her family.
