August 27, 1955 –  November 28, 2017  WHITESBORO- Memorial service for Rickey Don Redfearn, 62, will be held at 6:00 P.M., Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Meador Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sam Redfearn officiating. He passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family. Rickey Don was born on August 27, 1955 to Eugene and Pat (Duncan) Redfearn in Pilot Point, Texas. He grew up in Whitesboro and married Susie Spires on July 8, 1978 in Gainesville, Texas. Rickey Don worked for Union Texas Petroleum and later worked for Gainesville Airport in the maintenance department. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping and he was a Christian. Rickey Don loved his family dearly and his greatest joy was his grandson, Aidan.
Survivors include his wife, Susie Redfearn of Whitesboro; son, Dusty Redfearn of Whitesboro; 2 daughters, Kady Fletcher and husband, Kevin of Gainesville and Haley Redfearn and companion, Dustin Oler of Whitesboro; grandson, Aidan Oler of Whitesboro; brother, Steve Stuckey and fiancée, Ruth Ann Alexander of Dexter; 2 sisters, Vickie Simmons of Whitesboro and Gayla “Sissy” Westbrook and husband, Dean of Callisburg: mother-in-law, Polly Spires of Gainesville, numerous nieces and nephews and best friend, Gregg Rucker.
Rickey Don was preceded in death by his biological father, Eugene Redfearn and mother and father, Pat and Bud Stuckey. http://videos.lifetributes.com/851154
