Sheila, I am so sorry for your loss! My love and prayers are with you during this heartbreaking time. Richard’s smiles and hugs will be missed by all who knew him.
Our prayers are for the Dugger family during this time of grief. Having a beloved family member pass away is never easy, but the blessed assurance of their salvation and knowing that we will one day be reunited with them in Heaven is what helps us to keep on serving the Lord.
Jesus unselfishly shed His blood for our eternal salvation.
There is no drought that several people were given a second opportunity in life to accept Christ, thanks to Richard’s unselfish donation of 21 gallons of blood in his lifetime to the Oklahoma Blood Institute.
Love in Christ, Ron & Linda Rowe

Richard’s loving legacy will continue through his children and grandchildren. He is loved and will be missed!
Richard was a remarkable person and a very strong Christian. I am so thankful that I got to be in his life for the last six months at church. He will surely be missed but I know Jesus has probably already started him reading the Bible Verses to the Saints and Angels in Heaven. God bless you Sheila and please know that his legacy will live forever with his family and friends.
Oh Sheila, I’m so sorry. I can’t believe Richard is gone but I sure am happy he’s in Heaven. This place is getting worse and worse. I know he did so much good and blessed so many people. You both were always so kind to me and I have never forgotten you both.
Oh Sheila, how our hearts break for you and the kids. Even though it’s been almost 30 years since we moved, we always considered you and Richard as brothers/sisters to us – and have always been so proud of Rachel and Daniel. Please accept our sincerest and heartfelt sympathies. We love you dearly. ❤️
