He was born on January 28, 1958 to Allen Roger and Judye (Johns) Best in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro, Texas. He is survived by his brother, David Best, of Cedar Hill.
