Nancy Kyle Anderson, 83, of Lake Kiowa passed onto her new life July 30, 2020 in the comfort of her home.
Nancy was born August 10, 1936 in Cuero, Texas to Gordon and Marguerite Kyle. After college she went to Santé Fe, NM where she met Fred. They married in 1956. Fred and Nancy then moved to San Jose, CA with their sons Mark and Steve. Their youngest son Kyle was born in San Jose. The family then moved to Dallas, TX for a short time before moving to Lewisville, TX. In 1990 they retired to Lake Kiowa, TX.
She is survived by her sister Marsha Smith of Illinois, her sons Mark James Anderson, Sr., wife Dawn, Stephen Gordon Anderson, wife Robin; Robert “Kyle” Anderson, wife Melinda. Grandchildren Jamie Lynn, Grace Angelina Marandino, Mark James, Jr., John Luke, Frederick Thomas “Tommy”, Jacob Lloyd James, Cooper David, Briana Nichole, Melissa Rae, Lauren Alyse, and Michael Joseph. Great-grandchildren Cade Brandon, David Matthew, Haddie Adina, Samuel Joseph, Benjamin Noah, Alise Rachelle, Ayva Renise, Emery Steven, Wyatt Lawrence. Along with many close friends and extended family.
Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Fred Anderson, and her sisters Suzanne Daniels and Gail Olsen.
Nancy was a very active 30-year resident at Lake Kiowa. Nancy loved volunteering at the hospital and library. She was a founding member of the Lake Kiowa Book Club, and was a member of the Lake Kiowa Women’s Club. She greatly enjoyed Bridge and Canasta.
Nancy was a mentor, friend, and inspiration to many, she will be greatly missed.
My condolences to all of the family. I have sewn for Nancy and Fred for many years. Just loved visiting with her when she would bring things by for adjustments. Rest in Peace, you will be missed, Friend. Prayers!
