Funeral services for Margaret Christine Lunsford, 82, will be held Monday, December 10, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at the Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro, Texas with Rev. David Taylor officiating. Interment will follow the service at Oakwood Cemetery. There will be no visitation service.She passed away at her home in Sherman, Texas on December 6, 2012.
Margaret was born on January 14, 1930 to Rueben and Lexia (Herod) Reynolds in Sherman, Texas. She married Gail Clebert Lunsford on November 16, 1945 in Gainesville, Texas. She was of the Baptist faith. She loved to crochet and do needle work. She also enjoyed working in her flower garden.
She is survived by her children: Cliff Lunsford and wife, Kathy, of Pilot Point, TX; Connie Lunsford of Sherman, TX; Cathy Trujillo and husband, Greg, of Noble, OK; Christy Shelley of Sherman, TX; and Cindy Lunsford of Sherman, TX; seven grandsons; two great-grandsons; and her brother, John Reynolds of Dallas, TX.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gail ?Guy? Lunsford; her parents, Reuben and Lexia Reynolds; her twin sister; and two brothers.
