Linda Sue Skeet, 62, of Whitesboro, Texas was called to her eternal home on Sunday, May 24, 2020.
Linda was born on November 6, 1957 in McCook, Nebraska to Lindy and Lorraine (Morosic) Emery. She married Alan Skeet in Lyndon, Kansas on March 2 ,1985. She was of the Methodist faith. Linda attended the University of Kansas and was an accounting graduate of North Texas. She enjoyed her family, gardening, taking care of her pets, going to the casino and cheering on the Jayhawks.
She is survived by her husband, Alan Skeet of Whitesboro; daughters, April Lenzy and husband, Dominique of Whitesboro; Amy Byrd and husband, Travis of Whitesboro; Holly Anderson and husband, Dave of Whitesboro; Summer Skeet of Perry, KS; Mandy Lawrence and husband, Jerrad of Grantville, KS; brother, Bob Emery and wife, Kim of Decatur; sister, Janeen Boettger and husband, Tim of Hot Springs, AR; grandchildren, Emma, Jude, Luke, Jake, Eli, Adelyn and Baby Byrd on the way, her beloved pets, Sadie, Scout and Clyde as well as numerous other friends and family.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Lindy and Lorraine Emery.

A memorial service honoring Linda will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at Meador Funeral Home of Whitesboro. At this time no formal visitation is scheduled.

Linda was a special niece, she was so kind hearted and loving. I will always treasure our times together, we had so much fun. She was such a joy to be with. We will really miss her, she left this world far too soon. RIP my darling niece.
