Judy Ann Lay, 76, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, formerly of Whitesboro, was called to her eternal home on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
Judy was born on March 24, 1948 in Memphis, Tennessee to Henry and June (Cash) Kellum. She married the love of her life, Richard Lay on August 12, 1978 and together they began the adventure of building a life and family.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years, Richard Lay of Cherokee Village; daughter, Kristi Moore and husband, James; daughter, Megan Ferrell and husband, Jeramy; grandchildren Matthew Mitchell, Devon Mitchell, Alyssa Whitaker and Ayden Ferrell; Brother, Paul Kellum and wife Kathy, brother, Jack Kellum.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and June Kellum, and her son, Joshua Richard Lay.
Graveside services honoring Judy will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 17, 2025 at Oakwood Cemetery in Whitesboro, Texas, officiated by, Rev. Michael Burns. No formal visitation is planned.
