Great guy

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember seeing many photos and reading 100’s of post sharing his Miller. I remember all the same with all the parties and gathering of friends. He will be missed but you memories will carry on forever.
Jim was a great guy with a warm smile and contagious laugh. He was well respected at work and always had a special way about him that people were very loyal and followed him. Before he met Becky, he hated Christmas. After he married Becky that all changed. He loved it and her! RIP Jim.
He will be missed so much.
Honored to have known Jim Weber, lucky to have Becky and Jim move to Kiowa where they will always have friends to embrace them when times got tough.

Needless to say, you were always a stand up guy. As it related to work,
you had great insight and I never had an issue backing your play. And when it was play time you could hang with the best of them.
I am going to miss you buddy
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Jim was one of the best bosses I have
ever had. He would come into Kansas City in his plaid shirt and khaki’s with a big smile and
greet all the employee’s. He was kind and cared about each of us, no matter whether it was a car
cleaner, a shuttler or a Manager.
He will be deeply missed.
and member’s only jacket…
I don’t eve know what words to use to describe Jim. He was my work Dad, because he wasn’t only a Leader, but a true friend. He wasn’t afraid to show you he cared about you as a person, while holding you accountable at work. Jim always brought a smile to my face, and shared many laughs with me. I truly would not be, where I am today, if Jim hadn’t been my mentor. I share so many memories of Jim with my team, to show them how to be a great leader.
Daddy, Rest easy and fly high. Your legacy is strong. Your work here is done. Now it is time to be free of pain, worry, and fear…Your memory will never leave me, and my heart aches to know I can’t hear your voice one more time…
Jim was a great guy. He treated everyone with respect regardless of who you were. He will be missed.
You helped me be a geat Manager!
I’m so glad you and Jim found each other and Lake Kiowa. It was easy to see the love you had for each other. So sorry for your loss. God bless you and the family.
Jim! To me you were always the go to guy!! This world just lost s great guy and Heaven just won one!! RIP my friend!!
I always thought of Uncle Jim as the “cool uncle”. I’ve been hearing stories from my siblings as we remember Jim that back up that title. He was always there for my dad during his health struggles and I know he lived a full and happy life. I fondly remember my first taste of the A & W root beer he handed to me when us kids were all piled into the bed of his pickup. That taste will make me smile and think of him. So many other memories that will warmly stay with me. I love you uncle Jim – I am glad you are no longer in pain. Give my dad a hug for me.
