Bud was born on August 3, 1924 in Chicago, IL to Stanley and Beatrice (Fenton) Morrill. He served in the United States Navy during WWII. Bud married Tammy Traut on February 4, 1989 in Rancho Bernardo, CA .

He is survived by his wife, Tammy of Collinsville, TX; three sons, David Morrill, Michael Morrill and Steven Morrill; a sister, Cita Reuell of Rosemont, PA; a granddaughter, Jessica Morrill and grandson, Jonathan Morrill.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home of Whitesboro, TX.
