February 12, 1953 –  February 6, 2011  TIOGA – Earle Bradley “Brad” Simms, 57, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011 at his residence. The family will host a Memorial Service at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011 at Friendship Baptist Church in Tioga with Rev. Tim Neeley officiating. Cremation is under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro.He was born on Feb. 12, 1953 in Cherokee, Oklahoma to David and Betty Simms. He loved his family and enjoyed restoring hot rod cars and riding horses.
Survivors include his wife, Katy Simms of Tioga; a step-daughter, Jayla Jordan of Bowie; a sister, Amber Huff and husband, Mike of Tyler; aunt and uncle, Merrill Katherine White of Lindale; and his dog and best friend, “Gus”.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Betty Simms; a sister, Sandy Simms; and his grandparents.
