January 21, 1929 –  August 5, 2015  Memorial Services for Ethel “Jean” Pannell, 86, of Gordonville, Texas, will be held Saturday, August 22, 2015 in Vance, Texas, with Rev. Ben Carabajal officiating. She died Wednesday, August 5, 2015 in Sherman, Texas. She was born January 21, 1929 to Roy and Kate Payne Parks in Lufkin, Texas. She is survived by 3 sons, Eddie Pannell, Jr. of Campwood, Texas; Keith Blaine Pannell, Sr, Dale Pannell and daughter, Terri Greener of Gordonville, Texas; 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren, and sister, Dosie Lacey of Barksdale, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Kate Parks; husband, Edgar Pannell, Sr; son, Damon Pannell, son-in-law, Greg Greener; and great granddaughter, Alisa Whitley.
