October 18, 1930 – October 28, 2017 Euella “Pat” (Luna) Lemons, 87, was born in Magnum, Oklahoma on October 19, 1930 to Cecil and Alma Luna. She left this earthly life on October 28, 2017 to be with our heavenly Father. Pat was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church. She was married to her husband, Noble, for forty-seven years. Together they owned the “Y” Donut Shop, then the “Y” Cafe in Gainesville for many years. She was one of the first meter maids in Gainesville back in the late 60’s. Pat retired from K-Mart as manager of the snack bar.
But first and foremost, she was devoted to her husband and four children, Debbie Garner and husband, Richard of Aubrey, Carolyn Alexander and husband, Chuck of Valley View, Annetta Reynolds and husband, Roger of Gainesville and Bryan Lemons and wife, Darlene of Era; fourteen grandchildren and their spouses, Rick and Gina Howell, Rance and Sandy Howell, Destinie and Bodie Noles, Randall Liddell, Breann and Caleb Mendoza, Chaney and Will Fisher, Chaz and Valerie Alexander, Dustin Lemons, Kassie and Cody Kirby, Tamaran Lemons, James and Elizabeth Garner, Roy and Natalie Garner, Mason and Amanda Reynolds and Jacob Rolen and twenty-two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and one brother, Ed Luna.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 2nd at Meador Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Taylor, Jr. officiating. Pallbearers will be Rick Howell, Rance Howell, Randall Liddell, Dustin Lemons, Chaz Alexander and Bodi Noles. Honorary pallbearers are James Garner, Roy Garner, Caleb Mendoza Mason Reynolds, Cody Kirby, Will Fisher and Jacob Rolen. Viewing will be Wednesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at New Resthaven Cemetery.
