Oh, my goodness…I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Vannoy’s passing. I will surely miss him coming into the City Hall office to either pay his utility bill or get help with trying to figure out his sprinkler system situation. It became quite comical after a while, but I’m sure he probably didn’t feel the same. He was always sweet to me and I will miss him greatly. Prayers of peace and comfort to all of his family that I know are going to miss him.
Thank You to all of you for your sympathy and condolences. I appreciate your support and your concern for my father while he was alive. Thank You
One of the finest gentlemen I’ve ever met. Kind and caring, you always knew it was from the heart. He led some of the most eloquent prayers that touched you all the way to your soul. Rest in peace sir.
