Linda Jane Jackson, 77 of Valley View, Texas passed away on September 22, 2024. She was born on June 6, 1947 to Jesse Peters and Wilma (Davis) Peters. Linda was of the Methodist faith and enjoyed participating in church luncheons and her hobby of riding horses. She loved her family, grandchildren, nieces and nephews deeply. Linda never met a stranger and had a trusting heart.
Linda is survived by her grandchildren, Katie Serrata, Johnny Malcom, Adrienne Barkelew; great grandchildren, Porter Serrata, Lorelai Barkelew, James Eli Barkelew; brothers, Jesse Peters and wife, Kay, David Peters and wife, Cindy; nieces and nephews, Tiffani Thomas and husband, Justin, Nikki Nack and husband, Michael, Tyler Tate, Lilian Tate, Justin Peters, Candace Peters, Chris Peters, Jessica Peters and numerous great nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by son, Bert Malcom, Jr.; parents, Jesse & Wilma Peters; sister, Sharon Tate.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 2:00 pm with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm followed by interment at New Hope Cemetery, Mt. Springs, Texas.
