I want to send my condolences to this wonderful family . So sorry . Vernon is such a great man and a very good friend to many including myself. I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Vernon at Raney and got to stay friends with him for years. Never met a nicer man than this guy! You will be missed very much Mr Gibson!
I worked with Vernon many years ago at National Supply in Gainesville. I was a volunteer firefighter with Gainesville Fire at that time and Vernon was with Whitesboro Fire. We had many great discussions about the fire service. He took his service as a volunteer firefighter very seriously. It wasn’t hard to recognize what a caring and committed person he was. Rest in Peace, Vernon.
I’m sorry for loss
