January 9, 1927 –  September 5, 2010  WHITESBORO – Graveside services for William Lee “Bill” Reese, 83, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, September 9, 2010 at Pryor Cemetery in Stuart, Oklahoma with Ron Sullivan officiating. A visitation will be held at Strode Funeral Home in Stillwater, Oklahoma from 7P.M. until 8P.M., Wednesday, September 8, 2010. Local arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro, Texas.
Mr. Reese passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2010 at his home in Whitesboro.

Bill was born on January 9, 1927 in Henrietta, Oklahoma to William Brice and Claudia Vesta (Elms) Reese. He married Almeta Fern Girod in 1948 in Arkansas. Billed served in the United States Army during WWII.
Survivors include his wife, Almeta Reese of Whitesboro; a son, Gordon Lee Reese of Stillwater, Oklahoma; a daughter, Nancy Dawkins of Whitesboro, Texas; 2 grandchildren, Christy Williams of Frisco and Tracie Huhnke of Whitesboro; 5 great-grandchildren, Jacob Williams, Dillon Williams, Emily Williams, Riley Huhnke and Reese Huhnke; 4 sisters and 1 brother.
