January 29, 1957 –  June 20, 2010  COLLINSVILLE – Funeral Services for Tommy “Wes” Hedrick, 53, will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro with Rev. Rick Carney officiating. Interment will follow in Collinsville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.Wes passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2010 at Denton Regional Medical Center.
He was born on Jan. 29, 1957 to Thomas and Shirley (Thompson) Hedrick. Wes was a truck driver by profession. He married Connie Tischler on April 19, 2008 in Whitesboro. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and was known by his family and friends as “Daddy Wes”.
Survivors include his wife, Connie Hedrick of Collinsville; son, Tommy Hedrick of Ponder; daughter, Tiffany Hedrick of Denton; son, Aaron Landers of Collinsville; son, Jeffrey Landers of Collinsville; parents, Thomas and Shirley Hedrick of Collinsville; sisters, Nona L. Engle of Joplin, Missouri, Shirlene Taylor of Mineral Wells, and Joyce Brewer of Whitesboro; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Pallbearers are Matthew Haddox, Joe Koerner, Mike Jones, David Brewer, Wayne Brewer and Derek Brewer.
