Terry was born December 3, 1951 in Alvarado, TX to John and Marie O’Toole. He was married to Rosie Sharber of Whitesboro on November 8, 1969. They were blessed with 53+ years together. He was a member of Legacy Pointe Baptist Church in Whitesboro, TX. Terry served in the United States Air Force from 1970-1976. He served as a Police Officer for Sherman Police Department for 26 years where he retired as a Lieutenant in 2006. He then served a period of time for Grayson County as a Baliff followed by 5 years for the US Marshall services. He later surrendered to the call of preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He and Rosie travelled as evangelists and surrendered to Pastor Chisholm Trail Cowboy Church of Enid, OK October 2014 – January 2019.

Terry loved people, his family, but the absolute love of his life was Rosie. Terry was preceded in death by his brother Tommy O’Toole, Father John O’Toole, and his mother Marie O’Toole.

He is survived by his loving wife of 53+ years, Rosie O’Toole, son Chris O’Toole and wife Janel, daughter Tonia Walker, and daughter Nina Peyrot and husband Waylon.
