May 4, 1960 –  December 23, 2008  WHITESBORO â?? Funeral Services for Stephen â??Dewayneâ? Culpepper, 48, will be 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 26, 2008 at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro with Rusty Renfroe officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
Dewayne passed away Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2008 at Denton Regional Hospital in Denton.

He was born on May 4, 1960 to Steve Culpepper and Glenda (Richardson) Culpepper. Dewayne is now reunited with his father, Steve, who preceded him in death.

Survivors include his mother, Glenda Culpepper of Whitesboro, a sister, Penny Renfroe and husband Rusty of Whitesboro, a nephew, Reagan Renfroe of Whitesboro and a niece, Jordan Renfroe of Whitesboro, many extended relatives and also many friends at the Denton State School.

Pallbearers will be Todd Cole, Chad Lemons, Kirk Lemons, Brent Mordecai, Bruce Plummer and Tom Worsham.
