May 27, 1950 –  December 21, 2013  Stephanie Caye Callaghan, 63, passed away December 21, 2013 at her residence in Gainesville. She was born May 27, 1950 in Gainesville, the daughter of David and Betty (Golightly) Coursey. Stephanie was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and was a retired GISD school teacher.
Mrs. Callaghan is survived by her husband, Kevin Callaghan of Gainesville; mother, Betty Cathey of Hobbs, NM; aunt, Marge Snuggs of Gainesville; sister, Sharon Coursey of Hobbs, NM; brother, Robert Cathey of Hobbs, NM; sister, Delinda Jett of Hobbs, NM and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father; grandmother, Dottie Faye Golightly and uncle, Clyde Golightly.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Meador-Clement-Keel Funeral Home.
