June 5, 1991 –  August 15, 2013  COLLINSVILLE ? Funeral services for Ryan Chad Adams, 22, will be held Tuesday, August 20, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Collinsville, Texas with Rev. Jerry Davis officiating. Interment will follow the service at Indian Creek Cemetery. All service arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro, Texas. Visitation services will be held Monday, August 19, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ryan passed away on August 15, 2013 in Plano, Texas, while surrounded by many loved ones.

Ryan was born on June 5, 1991 to Jerry Randall and Karen Sue (Clark) Adams in Sherman, Texas. He married Kaylie Krueger on December 28, 2009 in Marietta, Oklahoma. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Collinsville, Texas. He loved fishing, hunting, and camping. He enjoyed mechanical tasks and could fix anything. He was an excellent athlete in his youth days and was always up for a competition.

He is survived by his wife, Kaylie Adams, and daughter, Marlie Rae Adams, of Collinsville, TX; mother, Karen Westfall , and husband, Quint, of Collinsville, TX; father, Randy Adams of Fort Worth, TX; sister, Kacy Patterson, and husband, Justin, of Collinsville, TX; sister, Landee Adams, of Van Alstyne, TX; brother, Colby Westfall, of Collinsville, TX; brother, Chase Westfall, of Noble, OK; grandparents, Gerald and Diane Adams of Rowlett, TX; grandmother, Sherry Matlock, of San Antonio, TX; grandmother, Daisy Clark, of Collinsville, TX; grandparents, Jim and Saundra Westfall, of Collinsville, TX; nephews, Caleb and Nolan Patterson; and mother-in-law, Miki Krueger.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Cecil Clark.

The pallbearers will be A. J. Boelens, Brian Clark, Jeremy Clark, Shaun Clark, Mitch Krueger, and Pete Rodriguez.

Although the family mourns his loss, they will celebrate forever the heroic decision he made, before his passing, to be an organ donor. As of this date, five lives have been saved.
