Peggy Burnice Moore, 78, of Gainesville, Texas was called home to Heaven on Thursday, September 2, 2021.

Peggy was born on July 31, 1943 in Cooke County to Ben and Jessie May (Cox) Reasor.  She was a loving Christian woman who loved her family dearly and looked forward to Sunday dinners with them.  Peggy was a retired wood worker and caregiver, having cared for her brother Duane before his passing.  She loved cooking, and gardening.

She is survived by her sister, Kathy Reichert of Lake Kiowa; sister, Shirley Sturm of Ardmore; and sister, Linda Knight of Woodbine; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other loving friends and family.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Jessie Reasor, husband, Robert Moore, and three brothers, Dennis, Duane, and Stanley Reasor.

Graveside services honoring Peggy will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Collinsville, officiated by Pastor David Brantley.  At this time no formal visitation is scheduled.
