January 2, 1930 –  November 4, 2016  Whitesboro – A Memorial Service for Patrick Alford Palmer, 86, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 9th, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Whitesboro with Rev. Jeremy B. Myers officiating.
Mr. Palmer passed away on Friday, November 4, 2016, at his home with his family by his side. He was born January 2, 1930 in Kingswood/Bristol, England to Cecil and Beatrice (Jefferies) Palmer. Patrick married Margaret Stanley on July 10, 1952 in Bristol, England. He served his country in the Air Force of England. He worked as an Insurance Engineer Inspector.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret Palmer of Whitesboro; son, Tim Palmer of Hartley Wintney, England; daughter, Jane Rakkar of Plano, Texas; son, Patrick Palmer of West Workshire, England and son, Dominic Palmer of Swindon, England; twelve grandchildren and six grand-children. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Beatrice Palmer.
