January 21, 1921 –  June 23, 2005  Graveside service for Mattie Mozelle Cook, age 84, of Gordonville, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 25, 2005 at Belew Cemetery in Aubrey, Texas, with Rev. Rusty Waller officiating. Services are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home of Whitesboro. There is no scheduled visitation.
Mrs. Cook passed away Thursday, June 23, 2005 at Wilson N. Jones Medical Center in Sherman.

Mattie was born January 12, 1921 to John and Myrtle (Coffee) Rodden in Aubrey, Texas. She married Ira cook on December 9, 1949 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mrs. Cook was of the Baptist faith and was a devoted homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Ira Cook of Gordonville; one sister, Frances Wells of Denton and several nieces and nephews.
