March 14, 1929 –  December 13, 2006  Funeral services for Mary L. Patterson, age 77, will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, December 15, 2006 at Collinsville Church of Christ with Olden Cook and Eddy Parrish officiating. Internment will follow in Collinsville Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro.
Mrs. Patterson passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at Whitesboro Nursing Center.

She was born March 14, 1929 in Durant, Oklahoma to Grover C. and Leaola (Stanford) Stone. She married William Patterson on December 19, 1945 in Gainesville, Texas. She was a faithful member of Collinsville Church of Christ and a devoted mother and grandmother.

Survivors include a daughter, Sherry Cannon and husband Scott of Alamosa, Co., three sons, Ricky Patterson and wife Bonnie, Gary Patterson and wife Kathy, and Mark Patterson, all of Collinsville; two brothers, Robert A. Stone of Collinsville and G.C. Stone of Fort Smith, Arkansas; fifteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Patterson and her parents.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
