June 21, 1918 –  November 9, 2009  TOM BEAN â?? Funeral Services for Mary E. â??Jackieâ? Keller, 91, will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009 at the First Baptist Church in Tom Bean with Rev. Jerry Davis, Rev. Duane Phy and Rev. John Hall officiating. Interment will follow at White Mound Cemetery in Tom Bean. Services are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009 at the funeral home.
Jackie passed away on Monday, Nov. 9, 2009 at the Homestead of Sherman.

She was born on June 21, 1918 in Bells to Albert and Annie (Cherry) Houston. Jackie married Elro S. Keller on Nov. 16, 1935. She assisted her husband at Kellerâ??s Garage in Garland and retired from E Systems, also in Garland. After retirement, they moved back to Tom Bean. Jackie loved to cook, crochet, garden, read, camp and go to bluegrass festivals with her husband. Her home was always open to friends and family, especially for desserts and coffee in the afternoon. Jackie always put others first. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Tom Bean.

Survivors include a daughter, Robin McDaniel and husband, Roger of Collinsville; 4 grandchildren, Holly Odell and husband, Heath of Gainesville, Suzanne Cox and husband, Matt of Collinsville, Stephen McDaniel of Collinsville, and Phillip McDaniel and wife, Kari of Whitesboro; 3 great-grandchildren, Nicholas Cox, Hunter Odell and Hade Odell; a sister-in-law, Nell White of Tom Bean; a brother, Billy J. White of Tom Bean; an adopted daughter, Dena Wilson of Whitewright; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elro S. Keller; a daughter, Judy Keller; 2 sisters and 5 brothers.

Pallbearers are Phillip McDaniel, Stephen McDaniel, Matt Cox, Heath Odell, Suzanne Cox, Jeff Landers and Holly Odell.
